MONI Capital is a funding broker and referral partner. We connect businesses with third-party funding providers. We are not a bank, lender, or direct provider of capital, and we do not make funding decisions or set funding terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. The information you submit must be accurate, current, and complete.
No financial advice
Nothing on this site or communicated by us constitutes financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult your own advisors before accepting any funding offer.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. MONI Capital would never sell nor transfer your or your merchant's information.
Third-party services
We may refer you to third-party funding providers and other service providers. We are not responsible for their products, services, terms, or conduct, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by MONI Capital or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce it without permission.
